JIm Wolf Technology, Inc. Limited Product Warranty :
Jim Wolf Technology, Inc. (JWT) PRODUCTS (the product(s))are warranted against defective materials and workmanship.
How long is the warranty:
This warranty is in force for a period of ninety days from the date of original purchase. Engine Control Unit Upgrades are covered for the life of the originally installed vehicle during the time the original purchaser of the product owns it.
What JWT will do:
We will make any needed repairs or replacements as we see fit to return the product to proper working condition.
What is not covered:
Damage caused by water or foreign substance, modification or improper repair or installation .
Any and all claims where the installed vehicle and or the product have been subjected to abuse including : excessive heat, competition activity, electrical overload, or lack of sufficient lubrication.
Accidental, incidental or consequential damage such as loss of use of the vehicle, inconvenience, any and all labor costs or commercial loss. In no event will JWT's liability ever exceed the purchase price. This warranty represents your total remedy, even if JWT or it's dealers have been advised of the possibility of such damages or for claims by any other party. This warranty is governed by the laws of the state of California. If any part of this warranty is deemed invalid by any court, that part will be deleted and will not effect the remainder of the warranty.
Warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No oral or written information or advise given by JWT, it's dealers, distributors, agents, or it's employees shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty, and you may not rely on any such advise or information.
Failure of components not supplied or directly manufactured by JWT.
Handling costs incurred in returning and shipping product to and from our warranty location.
These warranty conditions do not or will not affect any applicable statutory right of customer.
What you must do:
Notify JWT of the problem and have the inspecting technician contact JWT for a solution while the item is still installed, so further testing may be done as needed. All ECU issues will require your technician to supply data logs from the vehicle diagnostic system, in order to determine if the ECU is operating correctly and has the correct calibration required for proper operation. If JWT then determines the product requires inspection by JWT, obtain a written or faxed Return Authorization Number (RAN) from JWT.
Supply proof of purchase and deliver the complete product to us for inspection. Inspection and or repair
will be resolved in 2 to 3 weeks. An inspection fee may be charged if no defect of the product is found by JWT.

Core Charge refunds: Cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase without exception. Core charges will be returned upon inspection for cracks, damage, or other conditions that may make the core unusable to JWT. A partial core refund may be offered if the core part is partially usable.

Returns: All returns must be labeled with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) previously obtained from us. A testing and restocking fee of 15% will be charged on returned merchandise.No returns will be accepted on custom built products or any product after thirty days of purchase date.

Parts Regionable Suitability: While many of our parts have CARB (California Air Resource Board) exemption and or meet federal memorandum 1A, others are not currently identified as such. We will provide on request, in writing, the current emission status of any part you intend to purchase before ordering. Any part purchased without obtaining its current emission status, cannot be assumed legal in any geographic region, and is sold strictly for off-road use.

Shipping: Unless you specifically request special shipping instructions, all items will be sent Fed Ex or UPS Direct Signature Required. This insures that your package will not disappear from your door step or be given to an arbitrary person next door. If you know someone will not be at the ship to address, please arrange to use an address that someone will be at to receive your package.
